1、数据分析与洞察：负责市场部各业务线数据的采集、清洗、分析与可视化，搭建市场数据指标体系，输出定期数据分析报告，为市场策略制定和资源分配提供数据支撑； 2、Agent工具搭建与开发：基于市场部具体业务场景，运用Vibe coding能力开发定制化Agent工具，创建专属Skill与自动化工作流，将重复性、规则性的市场工作通过Agent完成，提升团队整体运营效率； 3、AI转型落地与赋能：深入理解市场部各岗位的工作流程与痛点，识别AI可落地的业务场景，推动Agent工具在市场活动、内容生产、用户运营、投放优化等场景的落地应用，并对团队成员进行AI工具使用培训与赋能； 4、效果追踪与持续优化：跟踪Agent工具上线后的使用效果与效率提升数据，持续迭代优化Skill与工作流，沉淀市场部AI工具最佳实践，输出AI转型案例与方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、数据科学、统计学、市场营销、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的Vibe coding能力，熟练使用Cursor/Codex等主流AI平台，有Agent开发经验或相关项目经验者优先，能够独立完成从需求分析到工具上线的全流程； 3、能够针对具体业务场景创建Skill、设计工作流，并使用Agent完成特定场景的自动化任务； 4、具备较强的自驱力和钻研精神，善于快速学习新技术与新工具，对数据分析和AI应用研究有浓厚热情，逻辑思维清晰，沟通表达能力强，具备团队合作精神和跨部门协作能力； 5、英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言进行日常沟通与文档撰写，有国际化留学或国际化实习经历者优先。
