团队介绍：聚焦存算一体芯片设计，主要围绕AI大模型应用场景进行高能效计算技术创新，设计多款基于存算一体架构的高能效AI芯片，突破传统冯・诺依曼架构下的 "内存墙" 瓶颈，提升能效比、降低算力成本。团队具备独立流片与量产落地能力，累计申请专利近300项，核心专利覆盖“底层器件-核心架构-工程落地”全流程。同时与字节各团队算力需求整体协同，更好的发挥存算一体芯片的技术价值，共同为AI业务提供高能效算力底座。

1、负责硬件测试板级、机箱机柜、配套软件的采购全流程管控，从需求对接、寻源比价、谈判签约、订单跟进到交付验收、售后跟进，闭环管理采购各环节； 2、对接测试、项目经理、生产等部门，明确采购需求（参数、规格、数量、交付周期、质量标准），将需求转化为可执行的采购方案，确保采购产品贴合实际使用场景； 3、供应商关系管理，建立供应商体系；优化采购流程，制定质量标准，提升采购效率，降低风险； 4、负责采购合同的起草、审核、签订及归档管理，确保合同合规、条款清晰，保障公司权益； 5、定期编制采购报表（采购进度、成本分析、供应商考核、库存情况等），为部门决策提供数据支持； 6、配合公司内审、合规检查，提供采购相关资料，完成部门交办的其他采购相关工作，关注行业内硬件测试板级、机箱机柜、实验室设备仪器的技术趋势、采购模式创新，提出采购优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备合规与责任意识，严格遵守公司采购制度，坚持原则，杜绝违规采购，具备较强的责任心，能高效完成各项采购任务；具备专业素养，了解硬件测试板级、机箱机柜、实验室设备仪器的产品知识、行业趋势及采购流程，能快速识别优质供应商及产品；具备沟通谈判能力，能与供应商高效沟通，争取最优采购条款，善于对接内部各部门，精准捕捉采购需求；具备成本与质量意识，拥有敏感的成本控制意识，能通过多种方式优化采购成本，具备严格的质量管控意识，熟悉采购物资质量验收标准；具备统筹协调能力，能统筹管控多品类采购工作，合理安排采购进度，协调解决采购、交付、售后等环节的跨部门、跨供应商问题； 3、3-5年及以上采购管理工作经验，必须具备硬件测试板级、机箱机柜、实验室设备仪器中至少2类品类的采购经验，有电子、半导体、实验室设备、工业制造行业采购经验者优先； 4、具备供应商寻源、谈判、管理及成本控制的实战经验，熟悉采购全流程，能独立处理采购过程中的各类异常问题； 5、有定制化采购（如定制机箱机柜、定制测试板）经验者优先，了解硬件测试板级、实验室设备仪器的核心参数及质量标准者优先。
