1、负责抖音电商治理策略产品相关工作，通过对治理业务的抽象总结或更新策略与规则，并推进治理侧的全链路策略落地，以及相关的机制搭建和产品改造； 2、了解并掌握当前大模型的能力边界，并将不断更新的策略融入到治理模型的建设中，搭建自动化的防控链路； 3、充分调用公司内的AI产品能力提升整体策略产出的效率与质量； 4、推进内部交流，协同业务团队、算法、研发团队，保证团队合作的顺畅，及跨横向团队间的协作等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、拥有AI产品/B端/平台产品工作经验，具备出色的学习能力和逻辑思维，跨团队协同能力强，能够深入业务，理解业务，有自驱力目标导向； 3、熟悉产品与运营机制，能够高效的与业务、算法团队沟通，并转化成可行的解决方案。
