日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、负责AI Agent系统的架构设计与开发，基于大语言模型构建具备规划、推理、工具调用能力的智能体，为亿级用户提供智能化的信息服务与极致体验；参与Agent编排框架、记忆机制、多智能体协作等核心模块的技术方案设计、代码开发与系统调优； 2、探索RAG、Function Calling、ReAct、Plan-and-Execute等前沿范式在企业级场景中的落地实践；参与AI Agent领域的技术调研与新技术引入，推动前沿能力在业务场景中的创新应用； 3、参与制定代码规范、测试规范，建立Agent系统的评测体系与质量控制方法； 4、协助团队攻克Agent系统在高并发调度、上下文管理、工具链集成、安全合规等方面的技术难关。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Python、Java、Go、JavaScript； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、对LLM应用开发有浓厚兴趣，了解Prompt Engineering、Agent框架者优先。

有以下经验者加分： 1、有RAG系统、对话系统或智能体项目的开发经验； 2、熟悉主流大模型API（OpenAI、Claude等）的调用与集成； 3、有多智能体系统、工具增强型Agent的研究或实践经历； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
