团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责医疗大模型训练与评测数据的端到端交付，统筹数据生产、质量评估与持续优化，对数据质量、产能、成本和交付周期负责； 2、协同算法、产品及医学专家，将模型和业务需求转化为明确的数据生产标准、评估规则与验收要求，建立并完善质量管理体系； 3、根据数据需求，围绕数据需求招募并组织专家，建立筛选、培训、任务分配、质量验收及激励机制，推动数据生产从小规模试点走向规模化、可持续交付； 4、结合模型效果和业务反馈，分析低质量样本、争议样本及高价值样本，推动数据修订、补充与结构优化，提升数据对模型能力的实际贡献； 5、推进AI工具在数据生产与运营中的应用，结合Prompt、自动化脚本和Agent等优化工作流程，提高交付效率和规模化生产能力。

1、临床医学专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具备复杂项目交付经验，能够协调多方资源，将模糊需求拆解为可执行的任务和明确的验收标准；具备数据生产、标注、评测或内容质量管理经验，能够建立质量控制流程； 3、具备外部专家资源拓展与运营能力，有专家网络、专业社区、众包平台或外部合作团队的建设与运营经验，能够组织专家持续交付符合要求的成果； 4、具备数据分析与流程优化能力，能够运用AI工具提升人均产出、降低返工率，支持数据规模化交付； 5、具备较强的学习能力和结构化思维，持续关注医疗AI的技术与应用进展，能够将新方法用于实际业务。
