1、参与千万级DAU产品开发，优化大型Web应用性能和体验，体验全栈和全终端开发模式，包括Node.js服务、Web、Flutter、React Native、Electron、Uniapp、小程序等多端形态； 2、参与音视频全链路能力建设，从内容采集与生产、编辑处理、实时传输、编解码优化到播放渲染，结合WebRTC、WebTransport、WebCodecs、MSE、WASM等技术，提升浏览器端直播与点播体验； 3、参与AI Media Agent核心研发，构建覆盖图片/视频AI生产、AI编辑、内容理解、AI二次创作、AI播放的全流程能力，探索数字人、漫剧、短剧、广告创意等场景的AI原生应用落地； 4、参与AI Platform Agent体系搭建，将传统Open API升级为MCP化服务，依托AI智能决策、智能编排与Generative UI等技术，打造突破传统GUI局限的下一代终端平台； 5、参与AI Cloud平台研发，提供AI建站、Pages托管、Serverless部署等一站式Web应用开发服务，赋能开发者高效构建AI原生应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编程功底，至少熟练掌握一种主流语言（如JavaScript/TypeScript，Python，Go，C++等）； 3、对前后端技术有广泛的好奇心，具备AI全栈的发展潜力，乐于学习和实践新知识； 4、逻辑清晰、善于沟通，能够清晰地表达自己的想法，并与团队高效协作。

加分项 1、有实际的大模型/AI Agent使用、微调或推理优化经验； 2、了解Web Video/Audio、Web Image、WebCodec、WebTransport、WebGL、WebRTC、WebAssembly等任意一项Web媒体技术； 3、了解Flutter/React Native/Electron/CEF/Chromium/Uniapp/小程序等任意一项技术； 4、为开源项目贡献过代码，或在技术社区活跃、有自己的技术博客。
