1、深度参与产品研发全流程，围绕需求评审、方案设计、测试策略制定、上线准出等关键环节，识别核心质量风险并推动闭环； 2、参与AI质量体系和评测体系建设，推动质量保障从经验驱动向规则化、结构化、可复用升级； 3、参与统一风险决策与验证能力建设，围绕测试分级机制，设计并落地静态测试、动态测试、专项测试等多种质量保障手段； 4、参与质量效能与AI工具建设，结合大模型和工程能力，探索AI在风险识别、用例生成、问题分析、回归提效等场景中的落地，持续提升测试效率与质量覆盖能力； 5、负责线上线下质量问题的追踪、分析与回流，结合监控、日志、埋点、用户反馈等信号进行故障定位和归因，沉淀可复用的防控策略，持续提升稳定性及重点风险场景保障能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对质量工程、软件工程或AI工程方向有持续兴趣；具备测试与质量保障相关实习实践经验，能够结合业务特点开展功能测试、专项测试、自动化测试或线上质量分析，理解质量保障体系、工程效率和平台化建设相关问题； 3、具备问题分析与系统思考能力，能够基于需求、代码实现、日志、监控、缺陷、用户反馈等信息进行定位、归因，并抽象沉淀为可复用的质量策略或规则。

加分项： 1、具备AI落地能力，能够结合实际业务场景推动大模型或AI能力在质量保障中的应用，包括但不限于风险识别、用例生成、问题分析、回归提效、知识沉淀等方向，能够从效果出发持续优化落地方案； 2、具备AI场景设计能力，能够围绕质量保障链路识别高价值场景，完成场景拆解、流程设计、规则抽象和应用方案设计；具备良好的协作沟通能力和推动力，有AI质量工程实习实践经验者优先。
