日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、需求挖掘与支撑：协助对接ToB客户、业务团队，搜集、梳理业务痛点与用户需求，独立完成需求拆解、需求文档撰写，输出清晰可落地的产品需求方案，支撑产品迭代与功能落地； 2、AI产品设计与落地：参与AI产品的需求调研、功能设计与案例评测，协同技术、设计等团队推进项目进展，跟进产品上线后的反馈与数据表现，参与复盘并提出优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、经济学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、热爱产品，对使用的产品自己独特的思考和见解，有产品实习经验优先； 3、具备较好逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力； 4、对数据敏感，具备良好的数据分析能力和意识，善于发掘背后数据的问题； 5、对AI发展有一定认知，具备较强的学习能力，能快速拓展自己的知识范围。
