日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：豆包爱学业务，包含自适应学习中国地区、国际化、语言学习等3个大方向，业务核心应用AI算法、丰富的内容以及相关的学习动力激励、学习工具等手段，期望打造下一代的创新性学习产品，提升广大学习者的学习能力及激发潜力。

1、参与AI教育产品的全生命周期管理，包括市场研究、数据分析、产品需求输出、开发、测试和发布； 2、理解数据和模型训练的运转方式，与算法和数据团队配合，灵活使用各种方式提升模型效果，确保数据驱动的决策有效实施； 3、持续跟进大模型技术发展的趋势，协调算法、工程、数据团队完成复杂项目交付，探索创新性产品解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、拥有强大的数据分析能力，能够使用SQL、Python等工具进行数据提取和分析等优先； 3、对AI有热情，对大模型行业有较好理解，深度体验或使用过Claude、DeepSeek、GPT等大模型产品者优先； 4、出色的沟通和协作能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作，拥有良好的项目管理能力，能够确保项目按时按质完成； 5、具备产品思维和研发经验，对研发流程有基本的理解，对用户体验有较高的要求，不断追求卓越的产品交付；每周到岗4天，连续实习3个月以上。
