日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、迭代创作场景核心原子能力，参与Skills设计与Agent链路搭建，输出理想态与需求文档； 2、参与coding模型效果评测体系搭建，输出量化分析报告，跟踪模型推理性能数据，联动算法团队优化响应速度与资源成本，平衡体验与效率； 3、协助推进SFT模型训练的数据准备等工作，通过实验验证策略迭代效果，提升用户满意度。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础数据分析能力，可使用SQL提取核心指标，掌握Python者加分； 3、每周保证4天及以上到岗，实习期6个月以上优先，能深度参与完整项目周期； 4、对大模型原理有基础认知，有coding项目/作品的同学优先； 5、逻辑清晰，能精准拆解业务需求，具备跨团队沟通协调能力与问题解决意识。
