1、负责智能客服系统（工单、实时会话、坐席工作台、多渠道接入）的全栈研发工作； 2、在AI工具辅助下，独立完成前端界面→后端服务→数据存储的全链路开发任务，与产品、运营协作推动功能上线； 3、探索AI在智能回复、情绪识别、会话质检等客服场景的应用，参与高并发消息、工单分配等真实业务挑战。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学、数学等相关专业； 2、计算机基础：扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统知识，至少熟练掌握一门语言（JS/TS/Python/Java/Go等）； 3、全栈能力：有前端（React/Vue）或后端（Node.js/Java/Go）开发经验，愿意借助AI跨越技术栈边界，完成从页面到接口的全链路任务； 4、AI工具应用：深度认同AI辅助开发范式，日常主动使用各种AI编程工具提升效率，乐于探索AI在客服领域的创新应用（如自动生成工单逻辑、聊天组件）； 5、客服领域基础：了解实时通信（WebSocket）、消息队列、关系型数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL）或Redis等基本概念，有相关实践优先； 6、学习与自驱：具备强技术自驱力，能快速上手新领域，主动负责，善于沟通协作。
