1、负责连接软件体验与硬件设计，结合用户体验、人体工程学、材料工艺与量产可行性，确保Ecosystem在设计语言、品牌调性和跨设备体验上的一致性，并推动硬件产品在体验与设计语言上保持一致； 2、与各Industrial Design团队及软件UX、UI、Motion、产品、研发、供应链等团队紧密合作，理解不同硬件项目的发展方向，从Ecosystem视角输出整体设计方向，推动跨设备体验从概念到落地； 3、沉淀面向多产品线的工业设计Guideline，覆盖形态、CMF、材质工艺、产品调性和软硬交互关系； 4、参与概念设计、趋势研究、设计故事表达、3D建模渲染与原型验证，支持关键硬件项目落地。

1、5年以上消费电子/智能硬件/3C产品工业设计经验，工业设计或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、至少参与过1款量产消费电子产品从概念到量产的完整周期； 3、具备良好的空间思维、形态设计、产品效果图表达、3D建模渲染和故事化表达能力； 4、熟悉CMF、材料加工、表面处理、结构可行性与量产约束，能平衡概念创新与落地可行性； 5、有跨产品线设计语言、品牌设计语言、硬件Guideline或智能硬件Ecosystem经验优先，能够理解软件体验与硬件形态之间的关系，与UX/UI/Motion团队共同定义跨设备体验； 6、具备开放的协作心态、强责任感和主动推动能力，能在多团队环境下推进设计共识。
