日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、跟随AI评测平台的业务迭代，依托各类AI Coding工具，独立完成项目前后端全栈开发、功能迭代与接口联调，落地业务需求； 2、迭代AI评测助理Agent，包括但不限于借用Skill、CLI、MCP、Workflow等技术，完成助理能力迭代，任务完成准确率提升，优化交互体验； 3、为评测集、评估器市场化运营提供平台和技术支撑，助力评测资产高效高质积累； 4、不断追寻AI评测新技术和解决方案，为评测效率、评测质量和评测资产的提升和积累产出最佳实践。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、每周可以实习4天，可连续实习4个月，掌握Python/TypeScript/Go/Java任意2门开发语言，具备基础工程开发思维； 3、熟悉前后端开发语法、技术原理与基础架构，拥有真实项目开发经验； 4、了解LLM、Skills、MCP、工作流、AI评测等基本原理和它们之间的关系。

加分项 1、熟悉AI评测流程、Benchmark构建、评估器调优，且有相关实战经验； 2、熟悉Skills编写、调优、工作流搭建，且有相关实战经验。
