1、参与AI创新产品的体验设计工作，负责模型与人交互的设计与输出，致力于为用户提供优质的使用体验； 2、保障产品的视觉美观度和交互流畅性，交付完整的设计方案（从概念到落地）； 3、理解业务目标与用户需求，协助团队完成产品分析与设计方案推导，保证最终设计质量； 4、与产品、研发、测试等上下游团队紧密配合，高效沟通并推进设计方案落地； 5、参与AI产品的设计规范、交互范式与体验原则的探索与制定，为团队注入对原生AI产品的新鲜想法和创造力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计相关专业（视觉传达、交互设计、工业设计、数字媒体或AI相关新方向）； 2、有C端产品设计实习经验，具备完整的项目参与经历； 3、熟悉移动端设计规范，了解iOS Human Interface Guidelines及Android Material Design设计体系；熟练使用Figma进行界面设计与组件化协作，能够使用After Effects完成动效设计与输出；具备UX设计师的基础能力（用户研究、信息架构、交互流程、可用性分析等）；高频使用主流AI产品（如ChatGPT、Claude、Cursor等），对AI能力边界有感受认知、对原生AI产品的交互范式，有自己的思考和兴趣，能主动关注行业前沿动态； 4、有AI相关产品的设计作品或案例分析，对「AI+设计」有独立思考，能在作品集中体现相关探索。
