ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：飞书设计是字节跳动飞书业务线的用户体验设计团队，我们主要负责飞书业务版块中效率类工具套件的产品设计和设计竞争⼒构建。 我们相信设计带来的⾼附加值，能帮助全球的先进企业增强工作效率，提升工作愉悦感，降低沟通与运作成本，不断追求创新。

1、参与飞书AI产品的设计全流程，从设计策略构思到具体设计执行落地； 2、与业务负责人、产品经理紧密协作，共同构思创意方案，参与需求评估与讨论； 3、持续优化产品用户体验，主动关注国内外行业设计趋势、用户喜好与痛点、体验诉求及审美倾向； 4、协助完成设计方案的落地跟进，具备基础前端代码阅读能力，配合开发团队推进设计还原，辅助解决基础样式适配问题；运用AI工具提升设计效率，将视觉需求转化为清晰的技术语言，辅助优化设计与开发的协作链路； 5、协助整理设计规范、产品原型、用户研究等相关文档，配合团队完成其他日常设计支持工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计类、计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、有真实的软件产品设计经验者优先，熟悉产品设计基本流程与方法，具备基础技术理解力，能看懂简单前端代码，能熟练运用Vibe coding解决还原度或设计验证优先； 3、对软件设计、工具流程与效率优化有浓厚兴趣，乐于动手研究新技术、新工具； 4、具备设计热情和良好的审美，注重细节，对品质打磨有执着追求，能带动上下游角色共同提升设计质量； 5、学习能力强，具备快速交付设计成果和学习新知识的能力，能接受并消化混沌与不确定性，有序推动设计落地； 6、具备系统化的逻辑思维与良好的沟通能力，做事细致严谨，有较强的责任心与团队协作意识。
