1、参与公司企业信息系统采购领域相关产品的服务端研发工作，负责功能设计，代码落地，自测联调工作，保障系统稳定性，性能和数据安全； 2、参与业务需求研讨与产品设计评审，协同前端、测试团队完成需求交付，运用AI Coding工具提升研发效率； 3、协助探索AI能力在采购业务场景的落地应用，参与AI驱动的功能开发与验证。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、熟练掌握Java编程语言，理解面向对象思想，深刻理解计算机原理，具备良好的数据结构，算法基础； 3、积极主动、责任心强，具备良好的团队沟通协作能力； 4、了解MySQL、Redis、MQ、ES等基础技术组件的使用，有实践经验者优先； 5、熟练使用AI Coding相关工具者优先； 6、对AI/大语言模型（LLM）相关技术有初步实践经验者优，包括但不限于： 1）了解AI Agent的基本概念与架构模式（如工具调用、规划推理、记忆管理等）； 2）接触或使用过主流Agent框架（如LangChain/LangGraph、Claude Agent SDK等）； 3）了解RAG（检索增强生成）的基本原理，有兴趣探索其在企业级场景中的应用； 4）对Prompt Engineering、LLM API集成有基础了解或学习意愿。
