团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下创新与中台业务方向的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖今日头条、Flow、番茄系列产品及风控等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务创新突破为使命，深度扎根各业务条线，以数据体系建设为根基、业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作聚焦海量数据的治理与深度挖掘，需对产品全链路数据开展复杂且精细化的分析；既可以深耕大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿技术的落地实践；也能够凭借对产品的深度洞察，推动数据能力在业务场景中高效落地；更可以通过对产品与内容生态的深度剖析，直接参与并影响产品的未来发展方向，实现个人成长和业务价值的突破。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、跟进简单的产品需求，包括需求产出、设计沟通等环节； 2、跟进日常问题，梳理运营反馈的问题，完成简单排查后，推进研发的问题排查工作； 3、支持看板类数据产品的可视化交付与持续优化； 4、跟进日常产品/运营相关的数据需求，包括数据分析、数据体系梳理，形成结论指导后续数据沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、有相关数据产品实习经历优先； 3、熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，具备实验评估的能力； 4、逻辑清晰，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力，执行力强； 5、善于系统思考、自我驱动，能够快速理解业务背景，站在用户视角解决用户需求； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，可实习3个月及以上。
