1、制定并执行部件供应商质量管理策略，牵头进行部件供应商现场审核与质量体系认证，包含生产能力、质量管理体系（ISO9001/IATF16949）等多维度考核； 2、参与制定部件采购策略与合同落地，包含服务水平协议（SLA）、质量条款与质量赔偿； 3、关注部件市场趋势、技术进展及行业法规，提供质量风险洞察； 4、建立供应商质量绩效评估体系（QCD：Quality/Cost/Delivery），定期开展供应商绩效评级与质量复盘； 5、管理供应商日常沟通、质量问题升级处理及8D/SCAR（供应商纠正措施要求）闭环，推动供应商质量改进与能力开发（Supplier Development），管理供应商工程变更通知（PCN/PDN），评估变更对质量、交付及成本的影响并推动闭环； 6、供应链管理维度收口，主导与关键供应商的高层质量会议，确保双方诉求对齐与质量管理闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，服务器核心部件行业质量管理相关专业； 2、5年以上部件组件供应商质量管理经验，有CPU/GPU/内存芯片或服务器硬件质量管理经验者优先； 3、熟悉服务器核心部件产品、主要制造商、技术规格及市场动态； 4、熟悉质量管理体系与工具：ISO9001/IATF16949、8D、CAPA、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP等； 5、具备优秀的谈判能力及合同管理经验，有成功实现供应商质量改进与成本优化的案例；具备优秀的数据分析能力，能基于质量数据做出管理决策； 6、具备较强的问题解决能力，能够推动多方协作并达成质量目标。
