1、负责AI招聘产品的规划和设计，深入招聘场景，探索创新AI Agent在各环节的产品形态，推动招聘流程重构； 2、建立和完善招聘数据指标体系，负责数据跟踪、问题归因和异常分析，将业务痛点转化为可落地的产品方案； 3、深入业务场景，开展需求分析、专家访谈和产品实验，验证假设、敏捷迭代，推动AI招聘产品上线和持续优化； 4、理解大模型和AI Agent的能力边界，协同算法、工程和业务团队搭建反馈评估机制，推动产品开发与效果提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对AI应用、大模型产品和Agent形态有好奇心、热情和敏锐度，有AI产品、数据产品、招聘产品或相关产品实习/项目经验者优先； 3、具备系统思维和产品思维，能从复杂流程中抽象本质逻辑，善于创新，享受通过系统方案解决复杂问题的成就感； 4、数据敏感，能够通过指标、数据和业务反馈洞察问题，推动产品策略和迭代方向； 5、目标感强，具备良好的逻辑表达和跨团队协作能力，能够联动业务、算法、工程等团队推动结果发生。
