1、参与公司的后台研发工作，了解并参与核心系统从设计到落地的完整流程； 2、参与在线大流量、高并发系统的设计与实现，积累分布式系统实战经验； 3、参与系统的持续优化与稳定性建设，在导师带领下支撑业务快速发展； 4、参与AI4SE的应用实践，探索AI Native研发模式； 5、持续沉淀技术能力与行业经验，与平台和团队一起成长和发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、熟悉C/C++/Java/Python/Golang中的至少一门语言，具备良好的编码习惯； 4、了解数据库相关知识和基础操作，至少熟练使用MySQL； 5、具备良好的问题分析能力、学习能力与团队协作能力。
