1、负责品牌广告非标样式与互动玩法产品规划与创新，主导创新前沿广告形式概念设计、立项与落地； 2、AI技术深度融合：探索AIGC、智能体、多模态交互等技术与广告样式的深度结合，将AI作为核心能力赋能创意生产与用户体验，提升广告互动性、个性化与品宣价值； 3、理解品牌广告主品宣诉求与预算逻辑，通过打造高价值、稀缺性的创新广告解决方案，成为吸引和牵引客户预算的关键抓手。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、技术理解：对AIGC、多模态、智能体等技术有浓厚兴趣和基本认知，能与技术团队高效沟通，共同探索技术应用边界；有品牌广告、广告创意、AI相关产品经验优先； 3、有良好的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和业务解读能力，并对客户需求有高敏感度； 4、具备较高的工作热情，有较强的自我驱动能力，能主动发现问题、解决问题、达成目标。
