1、负责汽水音乐产品建设，包括不限于产品基础功能、玩法探索、粉丝经济等； 2、结合汽水音乐生态，从音乐本体出发设计全链路产品功能及策略，推动用户规模及LT的增长； 3、对音乐业务有思考，不断进行产品模式创新与业务迭代，挖掘潜在需求与场景，激进尝试努力成为行业标杆。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，有AI或计算机专业背景优先； 2、对数据敏感，能透过数据分析业务现状，持续优化产品功能和策略；熟悉音乐/社区领域； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和高效的执行力，有韧性，逻辑清晰，思维活跃。
