团队介绍：飞书商业运营与策略团队致力于以数据与 AI 驱动飞书商业化的长期增长，负责设计和迭代飞书的商业模式、产品包装与定价策略，并通过完善的指标体系和经营分析能力，将业务决策稳固地建立在数据与事实之上。 依托飞书一体化协作平台与豆包办公任务的前沿 AI 能力，我们正在打造 AI-Native 的商业运营中枢，让定价、增长策略、经营分析与系统产品迭代在同一个智能闭环内协同运转，为组织释放更加稳健、高效、具全球拓展能力的商业价值。

1、深度参与飞书商业化系统的产品迭代全流程，从需求挖掘、需求评审，到方案落地、上线验证及效果复盘，完整体验产品需求迭代周期，助力系统功能优化与业务目标达成； 2、协助进行业务需求分析，对接业务方梳理核心诉求，将业务痛点转化为清晰的产品需求，输出需求文档（PRD）、原型图等材料； 3、开展行业市场调研，收集飞书商业化领域相关产品的功能设计、商业模式、运营策略等信息，形成调研报告，为产品决策提供参考； 4、参与产品解决方案探讨，结合业务场景与用户需求，与研发、设计、运营等跨职能团队协作，共同打磨产品方案，确保方案的可行性与落地效果； 5、跟踪产品上线后的核心数据，分析用户反馈与功能使用情况，提炼优化点，推动产品持续迭代升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机或理工科等相关专业优先； 2、有良好的编程能力；逻辑思维清晰，擅长抽丝剥茧分析复杂问题，乐于深度思考，能够探究事物本质，具备将模糊需求转化为结构化方案的能力；工作态度踏实、认真负责，有较强的责任心与执行力，能高效完成分配的任务，注重细节与结果； 3、具备良好的沟通表达能力与跨团队协作意识，能清晰传递需求与观点，高效推动跨部门协作； 4、对数据敏感，有一定的数据分析能力，从数据中发现问题与机会； 5、具备初步的决策能力，在需求讨论、方案选择等场景中，能基于业务目标与用户需求提出合理见解，辅助团队做出决策； 6、对飞书等协同办公工具或商业化产品有一定了解，有产品相关实习经历或校园项目经验者优先；优秀的英语口语和书写能力；熟悉各类AI产品的使用，有能够提升效率的AI作品者优先。
