1、参与抖音电商商家营销Agent与营销托管方向的产品规划和设计，围绕商家在不同经营阶段的营销诉求，拆解真实业务问题，设计可落地的产品方案，提升产品使用率和业务效果； 2、参与营销智能化方向的探索，结合AI、算法和策略能力，推动营销诊断、策略建议、任务执行、效果复盘等能力建设，帮助商家降低营销操作门槛，提升营销效率和经营效果； 3、持续关注电商、营销、AI等领域的发展趋势，理解新技术在商家营销场景中的应用机会，参与营销Agent在产品能力、使用体验和执行效率上的持续优化； 4、协同研发、算法、设计、运营、数据等团队推进项目落地，参与需求分析、方案设计、项目推进、上线验收和效果跟踪，并基于数据表现和用户反馈持续优化产品。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、经济学、市场营销、电子商务等相关背景优先； 2、对电商、营销、广告、商家经营或AI产品方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入理解商家业务场景，具备一定的产品意识和业务敏感度； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够从复杂场景中抓住关键问题，并尝试形成清晰的产品方案或解决思路； 4、具备较强的学习能力和沟通协作能力，能够与研发、算法、设计、运营、数据等不同角色合作，推动事情按计划推进； 5、有产品、数据分析、AI应用、电商运营、广告投放、创业项目、实习经历或校园项目经验者优先； 6、自驱、认真、负责，愿意面对有挑战的业务问题，能在不确定的环境中持续学习和推进工作。
