1、负责语音大模型智能体应用的开发与探索； 2、推动产品架构和核心技术改进和优化，解决工程技术难题； 3、跟踪大模型前沿技术、最新研究成果及行业应用趋势，结合业务场景探索创新方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备熟练使用AI Coding工具、良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力； 3、对多模态大模型、Agent技术以及模型的部署流程有基本的了解和认识； 4、能够独立负责模块级别的服务开发，完成复杂组件的技术设计和实现； 5、熟练掌握常用的数据库、缓存、消息队列等，具备业务使用场景下方案选型能力； 6、保持开放、持续学习，具备较强的责任心和主动性，善于发现并解决问题，具备良好的团队协作精神。

【加分项】 1、熟悉大模型应用算法能力优先，包括并不限于SFT、RAG、Agent、PE等； 2、有大模型相关项目或使用经验者优先，熟悉LangChain、Dify等框架； 3、熟悉云原生相关开发使用经验者优先。
