团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、负责建设面向安全团队的AI Agent底座能力，包括但不限于：Agent框架选型与落地、工具/插件体系、工作流编排、知识库与检索增强（RAG）、评测与灰度发布、观测与成本治理等； 2、结合安全业务场景推进Agent落地与迭代（如安全运营辅助、风险研判与处置辅助、策略生成/审核辅助、自动化分析与问答等），提升团队效率与交付质量； 3、负责搭建API网关及相关平台服务能力，完善权限、审计、隔离、限流等平台化基础设施，保障能力可控可管； 4、负责建设数据资产管理平台，为业务研发、法务、合规运营等团队提供内部数据资产和数据策略管理能力； 5、学习掌握各类前沿AI相关技术，与公司内外部领域专家展开合作，并在业务场景中落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、至少熟悉一种主流编程语言（Go/C++/C/Rust/Java/Python，或NodeJS等），有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码风格； 3、有良好沟通能力和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，责任心强； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，能够将复杂或模糊的问题分解，并及时形成清晰、务实的解决方案； 5、有AI Agent应用开发经验者优先，包括但不限于LLM集成、Prompt工程、Agent编排框架、Tool/Skill调用链路设计等； 6、有架构经验优先，在服务治理、稳定性提升、高并发处理及容量规划等方面有实战经验。
