1、负责豆包应用中交易场景（电商/生活服务）Agent相关的服务端技术方案设计、研发工作； 2、深入参与交易场景的技术方案设计与架构演进，支持复杂业务需求的高质量交付，保障系统在性能、可用性和扩展性上的持续提升； 3、持续探索AI能力在业务场景中的应用，推动产品创新，提升用户体验与研发效率； 4、与产品、算法、运营等团队紧密协作，推动大模型能力与业务场景深度结合，支撑业务目标达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、学习能力强，有独立解决问题的能力； 3、熟悉面向对象编程，掌握Java/C++/Python/Go中的至少一门语言，Python/Go背景优先； 4、有良好的沟通能力和业务理解能力； 5、对大模型相关技术有好奇心，持续关注熟悉前沿技术。
