1、构建高效、可靠的AI Agent；包括但不限于模型接入、Multi-Agent系统，RAG优化、MCP及工具开发、数据和训练工程等； 2、围绕小说、短剧等内容的全生命周期做引入决策、生态策略、标签挖掘等方向Agent应用开发工作、保证业务的高效迭代； 3、追踪前沿Agent技术，探索最新的架构与交互范式，推进内容产品相关的Agent技术预研与产品化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，扎实的计算机、编程基础，熟悉主流大语言模型的原理及方法； 2、理解Multi-Agent系统、任务分解、自动化规划、Prompt Engineering等技术领域之一或多个； 3、出色的结构化表达能力，较强的技术敏感度与前瞻性，独立的思考和判断力；自驱力与学习能力突出，对Agent及知识工程前沿技术有强烈探索欲，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的技术攻坚与团队协作能力。
