团队介绍：抖音电商算法团队，依托抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、红果短剧等产品，帮助用户发现、讨论并获得好物，享受美好生活；帮助商家高效经营，创建良性商业生态；激励创作并分享购物经验使用心得，构建有真诚有信息的电商内容氛围。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐、广告和搜索算法搭建消费者和商家之间的桥梁，也要通过风控算法和治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验，保护真正诚信经营的商家；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率，降低商家的经营成本；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户物流体验；另外我们还会用业界先进的数据科学技术为业务健康发展保驾护航。我们的使命：用算法的能力，让用户总能发现好东西，让美好生活触手可得。

1、负责电商商家服务场景下AI Agent的设计与优化，探索基于大模型的Agent框架，建设具备规划、工具调用、长期记忆等能力的智能助手，持续优化商家自助服务体验； 2、参与大模型与Agent相关应用算法研发，包括但不限于后训练（Post-training）、RAG、Agent自演化等方向，提升模型在复杂任务中的理解、推理与执行能力； 3、面向商家服务核心场景，建设和完善Agent所需的上下文、知识与工具能力，结合LLM、强化学习等技术，解决问题理解、信息提炼、流程规划与任务闭环等关键问题，推动业务流程自动化和效果提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大语言模型与Agent相关技术，对后训练、RAG、工具调用、记忆机制、任务规划等至少一个或多个方向有实践经验； 3、具备扎实的编程能力、数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握Python、C++中至少一种语言，熟悉Linux开发环境及主流深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow）； 4、具备良好的问题分析与抽象能力，能够独立推动复杂问题的定位、拆解和解决； 5、对技术创新和业务落地有热情，具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力和学习能力，能够快速理解业务并推动方案落地。
