1、参与AI Agent的产品规划与设计，包括智能体（Agent）构建、知识问答（RAG）； 2、抽象企业用户的核心需求，通过访谈、数据分析和用户行为洞察； 3、测评集构建与持续优化，持续跟踪产品效果与模型表现，驱动AI能力与产品体验优化； 4、关注行业趋势与AIGC应用创新，探索AI在办公自动化、知识管理、内容生成等方向的实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Claude Code、Cursor、扣子等AI Agent工具，有搭建Agent或AI应用的实践经验优先，有Demo或者作品集是加分项； 3、对AI产品方向有浓厚兴趣，持续关注LLM/Agent领域的前沿动态；有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4、有编程语言基础，能理解API调用、Prompt Engineering等技术概念优先。
