1、负责数据平台AI Agent的需求分析、方案设计、前后端开发与持续迭代，围绕真实业务场景交付稳定可用的产品能力； 2、深入理解用户场景与数据工作流，参与Agent能力建设，包括工具调用、Prompt设计、效果评估、模型/链路调优、Agent Harness研发和优化等，持续提升任务完成质量与用户体验； 3、跟踪并验证Agent、LLM应用工程、前端交互、数据平台等方向的新技术，将可行方案沉淀为团队可复用能力； 4、参与工程质量建设，包括技术方案评审、代码实现、问题排查、性能与稳定性优化，以及团队文档、组件、最佳实践沉淀。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、编程基础扎实，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络或数据库基础； 3、对前端（React/Vue/TypeScript）或后端（Node.js/Python/Go/Java等）开发有实践经验，能独立完成模块设计、开发、调试与上线交付； 4、对AI Agent/LLM应用有浓厚兴趣，愿意围绕用户问题持续打磨Prompt、评估方法和工程链路； 5、具备良好的问题拆解、沟通协作和负责人意识，关注业务结果、工程质量和长期可维护性。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、LLM应用、数据产品、开发者工具、自动化工作流等相关项目经验； 2、有可验证产出：个人项目、技术博客、开源贡献、论文/专利、竞赛或Hackathon作品等； 3、熟悉数据平台、BI分析、数据研发链路，或有前后端全栈、工程化、评测体系建设经验； 4、有从0到1快速交付产品能力的经历，并能清晰说明方案取舍与落地效果。
