1、参与抖音跨平台AI Agent产品及Agent Harness的架构设计与功能开发，推动AI能力在跨端研发场景中落地； 2、参与AI Coding产品的基建能力建设，包括SDLC全流程中代码理解与修改、工程构建、设备调试、Verify验证、部署、问题排查、性能优化等环节任务； 3、参与Agent Harness能力建设，包括上下文与状态管理、任务规划与执行控制、工具调用、记忆、权限管理、沙箱执行、异常恢复及执行可观测；根据实际任务复杂度选择单Agent或Multi-Agent架构； 4、建设跨平台研发工具链的AI Native原子能力，通过MCP、API、CLI等方式，使Agent能够在真实工程环境中完成任务并验证结果； 5、建设评测体系，围绕功能正确性、执行轨迹、工具调用、稳定性、时延、成本及安全风险设计评测方法，支持离线评估、历史任务回放、回归验证和问题归因； 6、参与边缘模型部署与推理基础服务建设，围绕“端/边/云”模型场景的性能成本探索，全局异构资源治理、Token成本运营等相关工作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，深入理解数据结构、基础算法和常用计算机系统知识；熟练掌握TypeScript/JavaScript、Python、Java/Kotlin、Swift、C++、Golang等至少一门语言，能够独立完成工程项目； 3、在前端、客户端或服务端至少一个方向具备较好的工程基础，能够完成模块设计、编码、测试和问题排查，并愿意跨技术边界解决问题；具备基本的服务端与API开发能力，熟悉Node.js、Golang生态下至少一套开发框架，理解异步任务、状态持久化、超时重试、服务部署及故障排查； 4、理解大语言模型及Agent的基本机制，包括上下文构建、任务规划、工具调用、状态与记忆管理、执行控制、RAG和结果验证；有可实际运行的Agent、AI编程工具或自动化项目经验； 5、具备良好的质量意识，能够针对模型输出的不确定性设计测试与评估方法，并通过日志、Tracing、执行轨迹和指标定位问题；关注系统稳定性、性能、成本、权限及安全边界； 6、具备较强的问题拆解、学习和协作能力，能够将模糊需求转化为可实现、可验证的工程任务，并对最终交付结果负责。

加分项 1、有Agent Harness、MCP、Coding Agent、Multi-Agent、运行时沙箱、自动化评测或可观测性相关实践； 2、有移动端跨端容器、开发者工具、CI/CD等领域经验； 3、了解SFT、模型推理优化，使用过LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex等LLM应用框架，并清晰掌握原理； 4、独立完成过高质量AI项目，或有相关开源贡献、论文、技术竞赛成果。
