1、负责抖音内投稿工具、AI创作，以及像塑、AI独立端产品等基础产品功能设计； 2、具备对产品的全局理解，能基于产品架构提出体验提升建议和具备落地可行性的产品设计解决方案，将AI融入设计与产品工作流； 3、对产品功能的用户实操体验有较高敏感度，主动发起体验优化、创新方向探索； 4、关注AI Agent、AIGC、图像、视频生成、智能编辑、模板化创作、素材生态等新兴方向，能够理解AI能力在产品体验中的应用方式，并将模型能力转化为真实可用、好用、有表达力的产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历，设计类相关专业优先，有互联网工具平台产品设计经验优先； 2、熟悉主流AI工具、AIGC创作产品形态及AI产品发展趋势，能够主动探索AI能力在创作工具、内容生成、智能辅助、交互提效等场景中的体验设计机会； 3、能独立完成复杂产品方案优化，有AI产品、相机、特效、模板工具类产品设计经验者优先； 4、具备一定的产品思维和用户同理心，能参与用户研究、交互设计、视觉设计； 5、有使用或设计过AI Agent、图像生成、视频生成、智能编辑、AI Copilot、Prompt工作流等产品经验者优先；有Vibe Coding、前端基础、低代码/原型开发、Cursor/Claude Code/Figma Make等AI辅助开发工具使用经验者加分。
