1、负责抖音业务线研发效能提升与相关AI大模型应用探索，包括但不限于代码生成、技术方案生成等场景，并落地业务场景进行适配和优化； 2、负责Agent全链路效果优化，提升准确率、可靠性、抗幻觉、长程任务与多任务协同能力，协助团队进行效果优化实践，优化性能、成本、效果与完成率等； 3、追踪前沿Agent技术，探索最新的架构与交互范式，推进研发效能相关的Agent技术预研与产品化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的编程基础，熟练使用至少一种编程语言，包括但不限于Python、C++、Golang、Java等，具备扎实的编码能力； 3、具备一定的AI Agent系统端到端开发经验，理解LLM底层原理，熟练运用RAG（检索增强生成）、LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、MCP、Skill等一项或多项技术，具备快速复现AI论文核心思想并完成工程化落地的能力； 4、良好的学习能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情，对AI原生应用及通用Agent领域有强烈热情。
