日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、根据产品设计或需求文档，参与需求评审与分析，识别风险点，制定测试计划与测试策略； 2、设计测试数据与测试用例，执行功能测试、集成测试、性能测试等，准确定位并追踪缺陷，推动问题闭环； 3、对线上问题进行持续跟踪与复盘，从问题中沉淀测试方法与质量改进方案，推动监控与测试方案优化； 4、与产品、研发、数据、运营等多角色高效协同，保障项目高质量按期交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对操作系统、计算机网络、算法与数据结构有较好理解； 3、熟悉至少一门编程语言，如C/C++/Java/Go/Python/OC/PHP，具备基本编码与调试能力，每周保证出勤； 4、具备强烈的学习与钻研精神，责任心强，执行力好，能主动推进任务落地，善于发现问题和分析定位问题，有条理地输出结论和改进建议； 5、拥有良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，能够在多团队协作环境中高效推进工作。

加分项 1、了解并应用主流Agent框架（如LangChain等）； 2、有智能体技术实践或探索经验； 3、了解智能体相关评测技术。
