日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度理解Lark AI/Agent的产品能力，把功能点转化为真实职业场景、用户痛点和可感知的价值表达； 2、协助团队完成Lark AI/Agent相关产品的公域传播内容策划与创作（包括选题调研、内容撰写、产品演示设计等），产出视频号等公域平台的内容（图文、短视频、教程等）并跟进发布与互动，同时关注公域平台内容趋势，收集产品和行业优质案例，为团队提供选题灵感和创意参考； 3、协助团队建设和维护内容素材库、案例库，结合数据表现和用户反馈，对已有内容进行迭代优化； 4、配合团队完成跨部门协作中的沟通对接、素材整理、流程跟进等工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有全职实习经验优先，有较高的自驱力和好奇心，具备较强的责任心与执行力，热爱产品或营销工作，对工作产出； 3、有一定的内容创作能力，包括但不限于：图文、视频、教程等；有To B内容营销经验优先；有自媒体运营经验优先； 4、AI工具重度使用者优先，能用AI提升选题、创作和工作流效率，有较强的学习能力，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新产品； 5、有较好的沟通与团队协作能力，具备数据驱动工作的意识，能结合数据表现和市场反馈，对内容方向做判断和迭代； 6、地点上海，可连续实习6个月、每周可保证5天到岗，申请时请附上作品集，有代表作品者优先。

加分项 1、做过SaaS、AI、效率工具、企业服务或知识付费相关内容； 2、对飞书、飞书AI和Agent产品（aily飞书OpenClaw等）有使用经验； 3、有爆款内容案例（短视频、图文笔记、自媒体账号等），能提供数据佐证。
