ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

1、深度参与Aime的场景落地与效果优化。以评测思想为指导，建立“发现问题-归因分析-策略调优-效果验证”的闭环，为Aime在各业务场景的最终效果负责； 2、基于复杂业务场景构建高覆盖、高区分度的评测数据集与验收标准，不仅定义模型/Agent的“好坏”，更要精准定位其在意图理解、任务规划、工具调用等环节的负面案例根因； 3、结合多样的效果衡量手段，开展高频的效果实验。通过精调Prompt、重构Workflow编排、优化RAG检索策略等方式，实现复杂多任务场景的性能指标快速提升； 4、深入分析Agent产品的日常运转效果，将提炼出的优化结论直接转化为可落地的技术方案（如增强系统Prompt、优化API描述、增加容错逻辑等）。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、有大模型/LLM/Agent评测、对话系统评估、模型迭代相关经验优先，具备优秀的学习能力，能快速理解复杂Agent逻辑、评测痛点与业务目标，主动思考并积极执行； 3、具备高度自驱力和执行力，注重结果达成、勇于突破创新，对工作质量有高标准要求，具备解决复杂问题的毅力； 4、有评测集构建、评测方案设计、数据分析/结论提炼能力，能从数据中发现真问题、给出真方案； 5、熟悉主流大模型生态，有评测工具开发、自动化评测、模型调用经验者优先。
