1、参与构建电商Agent核心大脑及多智能体系统研发：探索主流Agent框架，如LangGraph、OpenClaw、Hermes、Codex、Claude Code等，构建稳定可靠的Agent基座，重点提升任务的自动规划与调度、Tool调用、多模态交互及深度研究能力；参与多智能体工具、模型、引擎、平台的研发，提升其在电商场景自动规划、泛化决策、多模态交互能力，以Agent的形式突破现有方法和模型无法解决的问题，识别模型能力缺陷，从应用探索反哺基础模型迭代； 2、打造电商场景Skills工具集：基于电商业务系统，构建和优化一系列高性能、可复用的Skills；这包括利用小尺寸模型打造支撑高QPS场景的基础模型工具集，也包括将复杂的业务SOP（标准作业程序）封装为稳定可调用的治理Agent（如审核、RCA、立规Agent）； 3、参与优化Agentic RL：基于主流agent框架，并结合Post-training技术（SFT/RLHF）与强化学习（PPO/GRPO）对模型进行持续优化，建立电商大模型的Agentic RL训练体系，提升模型在复杂问题上的准确率与动态反思能力； 4、参与探索Agent自动化与自进化：结合Auto-Workflow与多智能体系统（MAS），一方面支持工作流的自动生成与优化，另一方面探索基于Agentic RAG和Memory机制的自进化（Self-Evolution）闭环，让Agent能够从真实交互数据中学习，持续提升其决策与执行能力； 5、你将与团队一起，深入研究和挖掘多智能体在电商内容生态、商家/达人服务、用户体验、搜索推荐等领域的创新应用场景，用技术驱动业务的变革与想象。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程专业优先； 2、具备扎实的代码功底、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟悉NLP、CV、多模态中的1-2个领域，熟悉大模型训练、RL算法者优先； 3、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，能深入解决大模型训练和应用存在的问题； 4、具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，一起探索和推进新技术落地； 5、熟悉至少一种主流Agent框架，如LangGraph、OpenClaw、Hermes、Codex、Claude Code等； 6、有大模型落地、Agent项目等经验者优先。
