团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音、国际化、创新与中台等业务的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音、国际化、大模型、番茄小说等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、负责数据领域AI Agent平台的后端架构设计与模块研发，覆盖智能体调度引擎、工具编排体系、数据接入网关、权限与可观测性等能力，保障平台高可用、高性能与可扩展性； 2、主导数据场景Agent应用全链路落地，包括但不限于Text-to-SQL、智能数据开发助手、数据质量自动巡检、指标归因分析、数据资产智能检索等方向，支持全栈研发交付； 3、对接公司内部数据中台、数仓体系、数据开发平台、BI系统等底层数据产品，沉淀标准化集成方案与技术规范； 4、跟踪大模型Agent、数据智能领域前沿技术，探索落地路径，持续优化平台架构与能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、精通Java/Python/Go至少一门后端开发语言，熟悉分布式系统设计与微服务架构，具备扎实的工程素养； 3、熟悉大数据技术体系，了解Hive/Spark/ClickHouse/Doris等至少一种计算/存储组件，有数据平台或数仓相关研发经验； 4、理解AI Agent原理，熟悉智能体编排、工具调用、RAG检索增强等机制，有大模型API对接与应用落地经验； 5、全栈方向需熟练掌握React/Vue等主流前端框架，具备JS/TS开发能力。

加分项 1、有Text-to-SQL、数据Copilot、智能数据治理相关项目落地经验； 2、有LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等Agent框架深度使用或二次开发经验； 3、熟悉向量数据库、Prompt工程、大模型微调相关技术； 4、有数据中台、数据资产、数据质量系统研发经验； 5、开源社区活跃贡献者，或拥有个人技术产品。
