1、负责AI产品小云雀的灵感玩法设计，结合用户场景与大模型能力理解，规划产品路线，设计创新产品机制和功能，激发用户内容创作意愿； 2、基于对创作供给生态的理解，结合全球内容趋势，洞察用户创作行为特征和诉求，与设计、运营、研发等团队紧密合作，提供可落地的产品解决方案，协同达成业务目标； 3、联动模型策略、算法等模块，探索结合前沿AI技术，以提供更好的产品体验，把控产品体验全流程，推动项目高效运转。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉AI产品设计逻辑与落地流程，对AI产品有热情和好奇心，深度了解AI Agent技术原理，关注行业前沿动态，愿意阅读最新论文和技术报告，能将技术趋势转化为产品需求； 3、热爱剪辑类产品，具备一定视频创作和审美能力，对AIGC应用有热情； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、自我驱动力，结果导向，英语能作为工作语言者加分； 5、有通用Agent类产品经验者优先，能主动发现AI技术应用场景和机会并转化为产品需求。
