1、产品规划与迭代：负责剪映Agent产品的路线规划，包含LUI体验设计与技术架构演进，洞察C端用户需求与技术趋势，平衡C端用户的创作体验和Agent架构的先进性； 2、体验与交互设计：主导产品界面设计和用户流程优化，针对Agent特性和用户视角，设计用户易用的LUI体验； 3、Agent技术策略：具备对Agent技术策略的理解与洞察，能够围绕模型能力、工具调用、任务编排和评测闭环设计可落地的产品方案； 4、用户研究与洞察：通过用户调研、社群反馈、数据分析等方式，持续挖掘用户需求痛点，持续优化产品的易用性； 5、跨团队协作：与研发、设计等团队紧密协作，善用AI工具推动需求高效运转，精简协同流程，跟进上线后的用户反馈和数据表现，牵引团队快速迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关学历背景优先； 2、有校园AI项目实践经验优先，影像创作爱好者优先，对潮流内容和AI工具有敏感度，对创作有热情； 3、对AI技术、Agent智能体领域有浓厚的兴趣，使用过多款AI产品并对产品逻辑有深入洞察，对用户体验有追求； 4、良好的逻辑思维能力和换位思考能力，能够高效沟通、跨团队协同。
