团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与实时音视频交互模型的体验定义与能力规划，探索模型在实时视觉理解、语音对话、音视频联合感知及交互等方向的能力边界，推动模型效果与用户体验优化； 2、深度参与模型评测体系建设，包括评测集设计、评测标准制定、产品对比、负面案例分析及效果归因； 3、深度参与音视频交互Agent模型的落地，推动模型能力在真实场景中落地，包括但不限于Prompt Engineering，AI Coding快速验证想法； 4、与算法、研发等团队紧密合作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对大模型、实时音视频交互及Agent方向有浓厚兴趣，持续关注AI领域的前沿进展，有AI大模型相关实习经验优先； 3、具备良好的产品意识，对模型能力、交互体验及用户需求有自己的理解； 4、具备技术理解与动手能力，熟悉Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、MCP等相关技术，能熟练使用AI Coding等工具完成简单原型开发和验证； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维与分析能力，能够独立拆解问题、提炼有效结论，并推动问题解决； 6、具备较强的主动性与负责人意识：对新技术、新产品有探索热情，能够主动发现问题、推进任务落地。

加分项 1、有实时音视频交互、语音大模型、多模态Agent等相关项目或实习经历； 2、有模型评测、Prompt调优相关经验； 3、有AI Agent相关产品和项目经验，具备一定的AI Coding动手开发能力； 4、欢迎在简历中附上个人AI项目、GitHub、Demo或其他相关作品。
