团队介绍：Data-架构团队是字节跳动的核心技术引擎，为抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、剪映等旗舰产品构建大规模、高可用、可持续演进的推荐、搜索与广告工程架构。团队深耕推荐架构、搜索架构、广告架构、机器学习基础设施、在线服务架构与稳定性工程等领域，在千亿乃至万亿级数据规模、超大流量与复杂业务逻辑的真实工程挑战中，持续以技术创新驱动人与信息、人与服务的高效连接，服务全球数亿用户。 目前，团队正积极探索搜广推架构下一代范式：从大规模在线预估框架到生成式推荐大模型的训练、后训练与端到端推理，从分布式异步图引擎、统一数据编排到平台化业务策略与 Infra Research，让大模型真正落地于亿级流量的真实在线系统。欢迎热爱分布式、AI 大模型、搜广推架构的同学加入。

1、参与RAG与Agent上下文数据库的框架和中间件的后端开发和交付，包括记忆抽取与检索、长上下文管理等核心能力，实现公有云产品的特性交付和需求支持，参与开源项目Openviking的开发； 2、在多模态理解（文档、图片、视频、3D模型）、RAG、记忆/自进化、LLM-wiki等领域的效果上持续演进，做到具备行业竞争力； 3、参与大规模Agent上下文基础设施的开发，对于数据处理Pipeline、检索引擎、检索服务的稳定性和性能吞吐负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握良好的编程能力，熟悉C++/Golang/Python/Java等其中一种语言，坚持简洁易读代码设计风格； 3、掌握常见的后端开发技术，如Linux操作系统、通讯协议、微服务、数据库、消息队列、Web框架等； 4、具备良好的研究能力，具有出色的分析、自主解决问题的能力，掌握科学的评测方法，对大模型、Agent方向有热情。

加分项：有RAG、记忆、自进化、Agent框架、视频生成等开源项目或研发经验优先，有相关顶会论文发表优先。
