团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队完善基于Oncall场景的智能客服Agent； 2、深度结合业务场景，挖掘AI Agent在专业领域下的应用价值； 3、参与Agent的优化工作，包括但不限于：负面案例分析、提示词、SOP优化，工具补充等； 4、基于内部Agent平台，协助用户完善Agent知识体系，将Agent能力可视化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、智能科学与技术等专业优先； 2、能保证一周4-5天实习，持续六个月以上； 3、对Agent开发使用有浓厚兴趣，熟练Hermes、OpenClaw等开源Agent并了解能力的实现原理； 4、有责任心和较强的团队意识，具备优秀的沟通协调能力。
