团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、企业级Agent架构与研发：参与企业级复杂AI Agent的后端服务设计与开发；构建高可用、高扩展的微服务体系，支撑大规模Agent应用、复杂自动化工作流及数据产品的稳定运行；参与推荐系统、AIGC应用的技术方案设计、工程实现及性能优化； 2、多Agent协作框架：设计多Agent编排与调度系统，支持复杂任务分解、角色分工、消息通信与协同工作流； 3、可观测性与质量保障：持续监控与优化Agent的回答质量、成功率与响应时延； 4、实时数据流处理：负责内容数据实时接入、清洗去重、语言识别、结构化解析（正文/作者/时间/互动量/链接）、跨平台去重与归并；基于流式计算实现实时NLP分析、Embedding向量化、话题增量聚类，支撑秒级到分钟级的热点发现、风险预警与业务洞察；运用AI技术建设内容理解、内容生成与安全合规等内容生态通用能力； 5、高并发系统设计：支撑大规模用户访问，进行性能调优、容量规划与故障排查，保障系统在高并发场景下的稳定性；探索AI原生场景下的软件工程实践与技术范式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识；熟悉大语言模型相关技术：Prompt Engineering、RAG（检索增强生成）、Function Calling、Fine-Tuning数据工程、长文本处理等； 3、了解大语言模型相关技术，有Agent开发、Agent框架、Agent Skills等相关经验者优先；有LLM应用开发经验，熟悉LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen/CrewAI等Agent框架，或有自主设计Agent架构的经验； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
