团队介绍：Data-抖音团队，负责抖音APP的推荐算法、AI大模型应用、内容算法、智能对话等算法工作，对接全链路各体裁（短视频，图文）各业务（内容消费，互动，UGC，双列，社交，生态，垂类，创作，消息，汽水音乐，精选，随变，增长投放，评论，内容理解&安全、智能对话等）。我们的工作涉及大规模推荐算法的优化、多业务复杂约束下的优化问题、多模态内容理解、LLM基础技术研究、业务Agent化和创新AI落地应用、CV/NLP等多个学术领域的算法改进工作、对多种场景的推荐架构的设计和实现和对产品数据的复杂深入的分析工作。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索工业界最领先的推荐系统架构和推荐大模型算法、可以通过使用最新的大模型技术支持抖音的AI分身、业务智能化、智能客服等创新探索；可以通过对产品的深度理解和思考，将算法应用到业务中去；也可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、负责抖音内容生态和产品运营相关算法研发，围绕内容质量、热点趋势、创作者成长、生态治理和运营效率等问题设计智能化解决方案； 2、建设覆盖视频、图像、文本和音频的内容理解能力，识别内容主题、实体、事件、风格、质量和传播特征； 3、结合LLM、VLM及业务数据，研发内容洞察、趋势发现、内容诊断、创作辅助和运营策略生成等算法能力； 4、探索Agent在产品和运营工作流中的应用，通过知识检索、数据分析和工具调用提升复杂任务的自动化水平； 5、建立从问题定义、数据构建、模型研发到实验评估的完整闭环，推动算法能力在真实产品中持续产生业务价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的机器学习和数据分析基础，在内容理解、多模态学习、数据挖掘或大模型应用等方向有实践经验； 3、熟悉LLM或VLM的应用和适配方法，了解微调、Embedding、RAG、工具调用或Agent等相关技术； 4、具备良好的Python编程和数据处理能力，能够独立完成数据分析、模型训练和实验评估； 5、具有良好的产品意识、业务抽象和沟通协作能力；有相关论文、竞赛、开源项目或实习经历者优先。
