1、基于用户在AIGC创作场景下的真实需求，参与设计AI Agent的意图理解和交互策略； ​2、协助进行Prompt工程优化和用户体验测试，通过数据反馈和用户访谈，持续改进Agent的准确性和易用性； ​3、学习和理解影像类特效（美颜、滤镜、风格化等）的应用场景，参与设计Agent与效果工具的调用逻辑；​ 4、参与数据分析和问题挖掘，收集整理问题案例，协助团队识别优化方向并验证改进效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计，计算机相关专业均可； 2、对AI和创作工具有好奇心和学习热情； 3、具备同理心和用户思维，善于观察和理解用户需求，能够从使用者角度思考产品设计； 4、对大语言模型（如ChatGPT/豆包等）有基本使用经验，愿意深入学习Prompt Engineering和AI产品设计方法； ​5、逻辑清晰，善于总结归纳，能够通过观察和数据发现问题，具备良好的沟通协作能力和学习能力。
