1、参与小云雀及Pippit Web、App核心功能开发，负责综合创作Agent的能力迭代与效果优化； 2、参与AI Agent技术建设，包括Prompt工程、上下文工程、原子能力搭建、工作流编排及性能调优； 3、调研、评估并快速应用前沿AI技术，优化视频、图片、短剧等内容的生成与编辑链路； 4、与产品、算法、设计等团队紧密协作，持续提升AI内容生成效果和实时交互体验； 5、参与市场调研与用户分析，根据业务需求设计技术方案并推动落地，保持产品体验的行业领先。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础、良好的编程能力和代码质量意识； 3、对AI、AIGC和Agent技术有强烈热情，学习能力强，愿意持续探索并快速实践新技术； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、主人翁意识和问题解决能力，能够主动推动事情落地； 5、至少符合以下一个技术方向： 1）前端方向：熟悉React、Vue等现代前端框架之一，了解Web工程化及交互体验优化； 2）服务端方向：熟悉至少一种服务端开发语言，了解MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用组件； 3）客户端方向：熟悉Android或iOS开发，了解Kotlin、Swift、Objective-C等相关技术； 4）全栈方向：能够独立完成从产品交互到服务端能力的端到端开发与验证。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、RAG、MCP、Prompt工程或上下文工程相关项目实践； 2、使用大模型完成过真实产品、开源项目、课程项目或个人作品； 3、了解多模态内容生成、视频或图片生成、模型服务及AI工作流编排； 4、在算法竞赛、开源社区、技术比赛或高质量实习中有突出表现； 5、有较强的产品意识，愿意站在用户视角持续优化体验。
