1、我们是TikTok隐私创新实验室，招聘AI Agent安全研究员，希望开展智能体系统前沿安全问题的研究与实践； 2、基于真实Agent架构和应用场景，识别具有学术价值和实际影响的安全问题； 3、建立Agent安全威胁模型，提出新的攻击方法、防御机制或分析框架； 4、设计并实现Agent系统、攻击环境、数据集和安全评测Benchmark；对不同模型、Agent Framework、工具协议、记忆机制和多Agent架构开展系统性实证研究； 5、在浏览器Agent、代码Agent、企业Agent、研究Agent或多Agent系统中验证研究方法；分析安全性、任务完成率、泛化能力、误报率、延迟和资源成本之间的权衡； 6、将研究成果产出为高水平论文、技术报告、开源项目、Benchmark、数据集或研究原型；推动优秀研究成果应用于真实Agent产品和安全基础设施。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位； 2、在AI Agent、安全、人工智能、系统或隐私领域发表过论文，或有完整论文投稿经历；以主要作者身份完成过研究项目、毕业论文、开源项目、数据集或Benchmark；熟悉大语言模型和AI Agent的基本原理，理解任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理、记忆和多Agent协作机制； 3、具备Agent系统相关研究或实践经验，包括但不限于：LLM Agent或Agent Framework开发；Tool Use、Function Calling或MCP；浏览器Agent、代码Agent或企业自动化Agent；RAG、长期记忆或多Agent系统； 4、有Agent安全攻击、防御、红队评测或安全Benchmark相关研究经历；有真实Agent系统开发、部署、评测或故障分析经验； 5、能够提供可展示的研究产出，例如论文、技术报告、代码仓库、Demo、开源项目或实验结果；熟悉Agent Framework、MCP、RAG、沙箱、权限控制、程序分析、信息流追踪或形式化方法； 6、有安全攻防、漏洞研究、网络安全竞赛或红队实践经验。
