1、搜索大模型底座研发：构建并优化搜索领域LLM底座，融合搜索知识快速落地业务；沉淀搜索大模型后训练链路（超长文本/口语文本预训练、图文/视频多模态表征、电商商品多模态表征学习等）；参与大模型推理优化（长上下文优化、模型效率优化）； 2、Agent工程与多智能体调度（Harness/Loop）：参与搜索Agent执行框架（Harness）建设——工具调用、规划、记忆、环境交互的统一编排；多智能体集群调度与协作算法（任务分配、动态调度、Agent间通信/对齐/冲突解决）；搭建Agent Loop与「训练-推理-评测」闭环工程； 3、长记忆、自我提升与数据闭环（Self-Evolve/RSI）：参与大模型长期记忆机制、跨上下文知识整合等方向；参与Self-evolve/Self-improvement与递归自我提升（RSI）的前沿探索（自动化参数调优、训练流程自动化、AI辅助算法设计、模型迭代闭环）；数据合成与质量控制（垂类高质量数据合成、分布对齐、合成数据质量评测/筛选/提纯）； 4、评测与Reward/Verifier系统：参与构建在线Reward/Verifier系统与自动化评测体系——无需人工标注的自动化评测、长周期复杂任务与跨领域能力评测、多智能体协作评测标准； 5、业务落地：1）长时程任务Agent（常驻意图）；2）多模态创作AIGC：基于SOTA模型的生图/视频能力，承接Feed「看后问/看后创作」体验，强化用户主动认知；3）视觉搜索&端智能：目标检测、OCR、TinyLLM；4）搜索内容/创作者生态等。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，了解前沿大模型与Agent技术；在NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP/CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/AAAI等高水平会议发表论文，或有竞赛获奖经验者优先； 3、有大模型/Agent相关项目经验者优先：LLM预训练/微调/对齐、Agent开发（工具调用、规划、记忆、多智能体协作）、RAG、RLHF/RLAIF、数据合成、自动化评测等； 4、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow模型训练与部署；了解分布式训练、混合精度训练等加速方法；了解模型压缩与推理加速（量化、剪枝、蒸馏、TensorRT等）； 5、熟悉大数据相关框架与应用（MR/Spark等）或以下任一方向者优先：LLM&Agent（预训练/SFT/对齐、长上下文、Agent Harness与多智能体调度、数据合成、自我提升（Loop/RSI）、自动化评测）；CV&多模态（图像/视频检索、分类识别、图像分割、目标检测、OCR、图神经网络、多模态、自/无监督学习；有CV/多模态大模型项目经验，或Kaggle/COCO/ImageNet/ActivityNet等获奖者优先；CVPR/ICCV/ECCV论文优先）；NLP（预训练、自然语言理解、多语言/跨语言学习、自然语言生成、迁移/半监督学习；有LLM项目经验，或GLUE/SuperGLUE/CLUE等获奖者优先；ACL/EMNLP论文优先）； 6、优秀的工程实现与学习能力，良好的协作沟通；对搜索与Agent方向有热情。
